Pairing Notes: This stunning glass is brought to you from one of our favorite Grower Producers. When Marie and Alex were visiting here in the States, there were 3 people running the winery back home. This phenomenal start to the evening is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay. The glass features notes of baked apple, lemon rind, and soft yeast.

2015 Ferdinand Albariño, Vista Luna Vineyard, California

Pairing Notes: Summer is in full effect, and that blazing Sacramento heat is taking no prisoners. For your first wine we offer you a cool, crisp and refreshing white with orange peel and lime zest, lemongrass, quince and grapefruit aromas and flavors, as well as Albariño’s signature salinity that makes a perfect match for your California Halibut and Summer Melon Ceviche.

2013 Bruliam Pinot Noir, Soberanes Vineyard, Santa Lucia Highlands

Pairing Notes: For your second course, we present this beautiful and delicious treat known as Bruliam. The wine shows a beautiful nose of plum, exotic spices, and toasted sandalwood. Each sip offers a full bodied wine that gives way to a soft, rich finish. Enjoy with the Ravioli Caprese!

third course

2014 Staglin Chardonnay, Salus, Napa Valley

Pairing Notes: The aromas of this Chardonnay center on fresh citrus zest, tropical flowers, and pineapple. The palate delivers with lemon, D’Anjou pear, and fleshy ripe cantaloupe. Ultimately, it is the beautiful interplay of richness and acidity that defines the match for the Butter-Basted Sea Scallops.

2012 Voyager Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot, Margaret River, Australia

Pairing Notes: We are excited to present this beautiful glass of wine that is sure to become an instant favorite. This blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, and 1% Shiraz, is bound for greatness with Tenderloin. The palate is loaded with sweet dark and red berry fruit that is supported by balanced tannin and well-integrated French Oak.

2015 Merkelbach Riesling, Auslese, Kinheimer Rosenberg, Mosel, Germany

Pairing Notes: As we send you off into this warm summer night, pouring you a gloriously fragrant and perfectly balanced Riesling is just the right thing to do. Leaping aromas of orange blossom, honey, and apple blossoms lead to a sleek yet fruit-drenched palate of wonderful slatey length that will enhance the natural sweetness of the market peaches and a mouth-watering acidity that will dance with the creamy buttermilk ice cream.
