$135 PER GUEST

arrival wine

MV Delamotte Champagne, Brut, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cóte des Blancs, France

Pairing Notes: We are thrilled to begin the evening with bubbles from one of our favorite houses. This wine is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier. All three varietals come together to deliver mouth watering wine that is dry, extremely attractive, balanced, and elegant.

first course

2015 Kosta Browne Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast

Pairing Notes: Welcoming the fall with a really beautiful glass of Pinot Noir. A fragrant nose greets you diving into dark cherries, plum, and baking spice. The wines center finds itself being full-bodied, layered and textured, a great thing to pair along truffle custard and nutty pasta.

second course

MV Denny Bini Podere Cipolla Lambrusco, Emilia, Italy

Pairing Notes: Dark fizzy wine shows off great character with black raspberries, bramble fruits and a delicate floral touch. This gorgeous Lambrusco has a great structure to match perfect with the Duck. The essence of fruit you get will go hand in hand with the Fuyu Persimmons and Pomegranate Coulis. 1000 cases produced.

third course

2014 Tablas Creek White Blend, Esprit de Tablas Blanc, Adelaida District, Paso Robles

Pairing Notes: An outstanding wine that’s going to knock you out of your chair. The wine smells incredible with big bursts of citrus flowers and honeysuckle. The wine’s palate follows with pears, white peaches and stone fruits. A great zippiness to the wine complements the cider-poached quince and scallops.

fourth course

2012 Damilano Nebbiolo, Barolo, Cannubi, Piedmont, Italy

Pairing Notes: Prepare your taste buds for a truly special gem! The wine is riddled with dry roses, savory herbs, and dried tobacco. Its complexity keeps evolving as it swirls in your glass. The Tobacco cured beef will highlight the savory components as the potato croquettes will play more towards the vivacious fruit side.

dessert course

2015 Maeli Moscato Giallo, Colli Euganei, Veneto, Italy

Pairing Notes: A light bubbly wine to finish off such an exquisite meal. Moscato Giallo, with its light spritz, is the perfect companion for the Apple Crème Brulee. The palate bursts out with sweet honeydew melons and ripe apples along with tones of membrillo. Saluti!
