Dinner Service includes a six-course prix fixe menu, as well as welcome hors d’oeuvres and mignardises. The menu for each evening is based on the best and freshest ingredients available, most of which are procured locally and regionally.
The price of dinner is $195 per person, plus sales tax and a 22% House Service Charge on the entire check. A 22% House Service Charge is added to each check in order to provide fair wages to all our employees, including those working in the back of the house. It is our belief that all employees contribute to the overall guest experience, even if they are not present during your dinner service. We want to emphasize that the House Service Charge is not a gratuity and that tipping on top of this service charge is not expected or necessary.

The Kitchen is now booking seats two months in advance, with reservations opening on the first day of each month. Our team can assist you with booking your tickets if calling by phone during our office hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, at 916.568.7171. Tickets can also be purchased using our online reservation system, Tock.
We do not accept cancellations, this is a ticketed experience. Please note that you are beholden to your party size; it cannot be adjusted. All sales are final and non-refundable. You may, however, transfer your tickets to another person.
We offer both counter seating and table seating. Table seats are approximately 4 inches taller than counter seats. We will always do our best to try to accommodate your seating requests, however, we do not guarantee assigned seats.
Selland Family Restaurants is committed to providing a safe and harassment-free workplace. Verbal and physical abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. Guests who mistreat our employees will be denied service and asked to leave immediately. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and harassment-free workplace.
If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let our reservationist know when you book your seats so that our chefs can prepare the best possible substitutions for your dining experience.
Please note: Our facility uses wheat, egg, soybean, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and many other potential allergens. Please be aware that normal operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas, including common fryer oil and grills. The possibility exists for food items to come in contact with other food products. Due to these circumstances, we are unable to guarantee that any menu items can be completely free of allergens.
The Kitchen has one seating per evening, by ticket only. Please allow approximately 3½ – 4 hours for the evening. Our doors open and service begins at the following times:

Sunday 5:00 pm

Optional wine pairings are curated for each week’s menu, with a selection of wines paired perfectly with each course. A glass of sparkling wine is served upon arrival, and one glass of wine is paired with each course.
‘Seasonal’ Wine Pairing = $135 per guest
Sensory Wine Experience = $350 per guest (limited up to six guests each evening, please contact our reservation line for booking at least 48 hours before your reservation)

There is a corkage fee of $75 per 750ml bottle.
We offer a selection of well-curated spirits, sakes, and craft beers. Cocktail and mocktail pairings are also available. Outside spirits are not permitted.
We invite you to host your private party or corporate event at The Kitchen. Please call for availability and pricing information.
The Kitchen allows bookings for parties up to 10 guests. If you have a larger party than 10, please call us at 916-568-7171. Should we be able to accommodate a larger group, additional fees will apply. If you make multiple bookings with the intent of being seated together and the accumulative party size is greater than 10, additional fees will be required and applied.
The Kitchen does not have a formal dress code. Please feel free to dress however you are most comfortable. Most guests wear business casual attire.
The Kitchen Restaurant is a unique dining experience, and in consideration for all guests, children are not admitted under the age of 12. Additionally, The Kitchen requires pre-paid reservations for all seats in our dining room.
The Kitchen has no exterior sign, so look for our address. We are located at 915 Broadway, Suite 100, Sacramento. Once doors open for service, we will be there to greet you and get you checked in.

Please use the parking spaces marked “RESERVED” that are located behind the building along the back wall. These spaces are specially reserved for guests of The Kitchen, from 5 pm to midnight. There is a security guard present that can help guide you.
Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar denomination. Gift cards can be purchased by completing the Gift Card Purchase Form. You can download the form and email it to giftcards@sellandfamily.com or fax it to 916.400.4562.
