The Kitchen serves a six-course prix fixe dinner menu based upon the best and freshest ingredients available, most of which are procured locally and regionally. The executive chef and staff present the meal in a lively, theatrical demonstration format.

Upon arrival, we welcome our guests to relax, order libations, and snack on hors d’oeuvres. As dinner begins, please feel free to speak with us about our wine cellar, selections of spirits, as well as our vibrant and seasonal handcrafted alcohol-free beverages. Our executive chef and staff are here to answer any of your culinary queries or even give you some well-honed tricks of the trade. As dinner winds down, please enjoy a sumptuous dessert along with a bevy of sweet treats and warm chocolate chip cookies; all followed by hand-curated, artisan cheeses and after-dinner cordials and digestifs.
