The Kitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant serving an eight-course prix fixe dinner menu based upon a weekly seasonal framework and featuring the best and freshest ingredients available daily, most of which are procured locally and regionally. The executive chef and staff present the meal in a lively, theatrical demonstration format.

As dinner winds down, please enjoy a sumptuous dessert along with a bevy of sweet treats, Temple Coffee Roasters coffee, and warm chocolate chip cookies; all followed by hand curated, artisan cheeses and after dinner cordials and digestifs.
