The Kitchen serves a five-course prix fixe demonstration dinner menu based on a twelve month seasonal framework that features the best and freshest ingredients available on a daily basis, mostly procured locally and regionally. Dinner service also includes an interactive intermission featuring chefs’ tasting stations, as well as a finale of fresh herb tea service and artisan coffee served with Dessert.
Upon arrival, we welcome guests to stroll throughout our open kitchens, chat with the chefs, visit our wine cellar, order libations and relax on the patio. The Executive Chef and staff present the menu in a lively, theatrical demonstration format. For intermission, guests are invited to sample bites at the chefs’ stations, including sushi, house-made charcuterie, artisan cheeses, freshly shucked oysters and more. As dinner service comes to a conclusion, we invite guest enjoy our fresh herb tea service and French press single-origin coffees.
