first course

2015 Robert Weil Riesling, Kabinett, Rheingau, Germany

Pairing Notes: We are very excited to present to you this stunning Riesling from one of our favorite growing regions for the varietal. This wine was designed to showcase the traditional, lighter style of Riesling. The nose has tropical fruits along with a petrol-like quality to it. The palate delivers beautiful flavors of pineapples and apricots.

second course

2014 Stolen Identity Pinot Noir , Willamette Valley, Oregon

Pairing Notes: Duck breast with wild and tame mushrooms screams for a Pinot Noir. This stunning glass features a bouquet of rose, fig, and oak. The aromas on the nose give way to flavors of cherry and clove. A hint of oak rounds out the palate and provides  smooth tannins. Aged in 100% French Oak.

third course

2014 Tate Chardonnay, Spring Street, Yountville, Napa Valley

Pairing Notes: This dish calls for a Chardonnay that is richer in style. This wine features peach and apricot on the nose, accompanied by tropical notes of honeydew and mango, with just a touch of minerality. The palate is rich and viscous and really shows the tropical fruit and floral elements. The wine’s acidity is refreshing to the palate, preparing you for the next bite.

fourth course

2013 Pride Merlot, California

Pairing Notes: Often described as a Cabernet-lover’s Merlot, this vintage of Pride takes the description to another level. The wine features a gorgeous, thick and round mid-palate that makes Merlot such an enjoyable wine, but this one also has tremendous density and size. It delivers chocolate, plum, and strawberry and pays great complement to the tenderloin.

 dessert course

Miles 10 Year Malmsey, Madeira, Portugal

Pairing Notes: This fortified beverage offers a chocolate aroma, with deep rich flavors of peach pastry, allspice, caramel, and butterscotch. This wine is fresh and seductively sweet. It features lingering honey notes on the finish. The perfect mate to your Roasted Hazelnut Mousse!
