At The Kitchen Restaurant, two optional Wine Pairing Flights are curated for each menu; a ‘House’ Flight that features classic food and wine pairings, and a ‘Reserve’ Flight of premium wines that features more esoteric and adventurous pairings. With our Flights, a glass of sparkling wine is served upon arrival, and one glass of is wine paired with each course. The Kitchen’s Sommelier, Tesh Diyal, works in close collaboration with the Executive Chef to select wines that are paired perfectly with each course.
